Personal Training

All of Legends Personal Trainers are excellent trainers by right! They cannot be members of this exclusive team unless they have proven themselves to be so.

We can help take you from a complete non exercising state and if needed using our knowledge of local gyms we will help you choose a gym that is best suited for you with no ulterior motive other than for you to succeed. Then set you up with the correct exercises to help you get the best out of that gym for your individual goals. That’s if your goals require you to be a member of a gym, which, lets face they’re not for everyone.

Outdoors training is by far the most effective form of training for some people and we utilize cycle paths and trekking paths to each client’s individual needs.

Our academic knowledge of the human body and our practical experience means we love a new challenge so fire away at us with questions and we will feel happy to wow you with our knowledge. If in the rare occasion you do have a question that our Legends Personal Trainer cannot answer on the spot, you can rest assured that one of the other members of the Legends Personal Training team will do.
